Caelinyc.com accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express and Paypal, the safer, easier way to pay without
exposing your credit card or bank account number. Personal checks, money orders or cash are not accepted for online
orders. CaeliNYC accepts payment via Shopify.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed and shipped the
following business day.
All orders will be shipped via USPS.
USA - $6 flat up to 10lbs.
Rest of the world - $15 up to 5lbs.
Once orders have been shipped no revisions or cancellations to the order can be accepted.
After an order has been processed and shipped a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number of the order.
*Every effort is made to keep stock of the inventory listed on our site current, but occasionally an item is unavailable. If the
item ordered is out of stock CAELINYC.COM will notify you via email. Out of stock items are normally shipped within 2 - 3 weeks.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that have not been worn, washed, dry cleaned, altered or damaged. All tags must be attached to the item(s) and a receipt must accompany the return/exchange. Items returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise can be returned for a refund. After 10 days items are not eligible to be returned.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise and after inspection of the items. CAELINYC.COM reserves the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not meet our return policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
All custom made items and items on our "CaeliNYC Atelier evening and bridal" section are non returnable.
CAELINYC.COM is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned.

CUSTOM MADE ORDER POLICY:
We require at least 2-3 months to process custom made order. Rushed order (Less than 3 weeks) may be accepted for additional fee.
We require at least 40% non-refundable down payment before we process any order.
Full payment required upon delivery/pick up.
