CUSTOM MADE ORDER POLICY:

Ideal time required to process custom made order would be at least 3 months. If you need a dress sooner, please contact us for availability.

We require at least 30% non-refundable security down payment before we process any order.

Custom made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

CUSTOM MADE PROCESS:

- Contact us with details of your dress and event date.

- Set up an appointment.

- On our appointment, we can finalize the design, choose materials for your dress; take your measurement; sign custom made contract, we require at least 30% security down payment before we process any orders.

- We'll create the dress.

- We'll set up a fitting/pick up appointment. If the dress fits you can take it home. If it doesn't we'll make the adjustments and set up another appointment.

- Dress final fitting/pick up.
